Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–3 business days and typically shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CET on Friday or during weekends are processed the following Monday.
Some pieces may be available for pre-order, with estimated shipping dates shown on the product page. These dates are indicative and may be subject to minor delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Jewelry may be handled and inspected as it would be in a physical store.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for sealed items once opened, including earrings and other pierced jewellery, as well as any hygiene-sealed or custom-made pieces where applicable.
Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. Processing may take 5–7 business days.
Orders may be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations where possible.
A preorder allows you to reserve a piece before production is completed. Your item is crafted specially for you and shipped once production finishes.
We believe in thoughtful, slow production over mass manufacturing. Our jewelry pieces are exclusively made-to-order through preorder to reduce waste and preserve intentional craftsmanship. Some pieces are released in limited quantities, once sold out, they may not return or could be reintroduced as a preorder.
