Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–3 business days and typically shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CET on Friday or during weekends are processed the following Monday.

Some pieces may be available for pre-order, with estimated shipping dates shown on the product page. These dates are indicative and may be subject to minor delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping and associated costs may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Items may be handled and inspected as they would in a physical store.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for sealed items once opened, including earrings and other pierced jewellery, as well as any hygiene-sealed or custom-made pieces where applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to be processed after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations where possible.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are pieces not currently in stock at the time of purchase.

Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page and may be subject to delays due to production or logistics. We will notify you in the event of significant changes.
